Your Casa Care - Property Services in the Jalon Valley

We offer regular visits to unoccupied properties as standard in the Jalon Valley and surrounding areas, and will also make emergency checks in the event of storms to make sure that all electrics are in working order and that the property has sustained no damage. All our managed properties are maintained and cleaned to a high standard and we are able to take care of the finer points of Spanish property ownership for you.

Services provided by us include:-

• All windows and doors checked to ensure they are secure.
• Checks for infestations, damp and water leaks.
• Gas, electricity, light bulbs and security systems checked.
• Key holding.
• Making sure the property is always kept clean and tidy, inside and out.
• Post will be collected and forwarded to you, (except recorded or registered delivery).
• Plants will be watered.
• Property will be aired.
• Testing of appliances to make sure they are all in working order.
• Toilets will be flushed and taps run to check water supply and remove debris from tanks.
• We will make sure that all electrical items are unplugged in case of power surges.

Arrival Food Packs

We will be pleased to stock the fridge for your arrival. We offer a range of food packs ranging in price. A contents list is available on request. Alternatively, we can supply a food pack to your own specification bought locally on the Jalon Valley.
