These prices are based on local work carried out in the Jalon Valley area and are inclusive of IVA @ 16%. All of these services and prices can be tailored to your own needs, please call us to discuss your own requirements.

 

Key holding.

Key holding will be charged at a rate of 174 € per annum and is payable in advance. The key holding service can be terminated with immediate effect and any money owed for the remainder of the agreement will be paid back on a pro-rata basis from termination date until the end date of the agreement.

The key will have its own unique code and be stored in the safe along with any details of alarm codes.

Maintenance visits.

These will be carried out as and when required by the client when the property is not occupied.

• All windows and doors checked to ensure they are secure.
• Checks for infestations, damp and water leaks.
• Gas, electricity, light bulbs and security systems checked.
• Property will be aired.
• Testing of appliances to make sure they are all in working order.
• Toilets will be flushed and taps run to check water supply and remove debris from tanks.

 Charge -  23.20 € per visit.

 

Emergency and local contact.

We will be available to take emergency calls and also be a contact number.

Between 08.01 hrs – 19.00 hrs	– 23.20 €.
Between 19.01 hrs – 08.00 hrs	– 46.40 €.

The above price is for the call-out and the first hour, any work carried out after the first hour for either contact type will be charged at the following + fuel expenses + telephone calls.

Between 08.01 hrs – 19.00 hrs	–.- 9.28 € per hour.
Between 19.01 hrs – 08.00 hrs	– 16.24 € per hour.

 

Cleans.

All cleaning rates include a high standard of clean, and all cleaning materials.

N.B. Extra windows on naya’s and any terracing required to be cleaned will be quoted for on a separate basis.

We can provide the following cleaning packages:-

All the above cleaning prices are subject to a cleaning site survey.

Departure clean:

• Carpets and rugs - vacuumed or beaten.
• Change towels and make up beds with fresh linen.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms and wall tiles.
• Clean hob and oven, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer and wall tiles.
• Clean kitchen cupboards inside and out.
• Clean windows inside and out.
• Defrost fridge/freezer.
• Dispose of any rubbish and clear fridge and cupboards of any perishables.
• Dust furniture and shelving including skirting.
• Sweep and mop floors.
• Sweep and mop naya.

Empty Property (new build) clean:

• Clean windows inside and out including window sills.
• Clean kitchen cupboards inside and out.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms.
• Clean wardrobes inside and out.
• Dust shelves including the skirting.
• Remove and tend to any marks left by builders (inside property).
• Sweep and mop floors.
• Sweep and mop naya.

Long term /Spring clean:

• Carpets & Rugs - vacuumed or beaten.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms and wall tiles.
• Clean kitchen cupboards inside and out.
• Clean kitchen hob, oven, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer and wall tiles.
• Clean windows inside and out and window sills.
• Clean all ceiling fans.
• Defrost fridge freezer.
• Dust furniture and shelving including the skirting.
• Sweep and mop floors.
• Sweep and mop naya.
