Your Casa Care - Pool Maintenance and Cleaning

For those who have a private swimming pool, cleaning and maintaining it is an essential part of property ownership.

Due to the hot weather here in the Jalon Valley, a pool that is not regularly maintained and chemically treated can quickly lead to the growth of bacteria, causing infections - especially in children.

All pools are individually priced on a yearly basis and include all chemicals. The pool contract consists of twice weekly pool cleaning during May to September, and weekly visit during the October to April. The pool will be cleared of all floating debris and chemical levels will be closely monitored, so the water will be left clean for enjoyable and safe swimming.

Our experienced pool maintenance team will usually be in and out within an hour, causing the minimum inconvenience to either yourselves or your guests.

Our cleaning and maintenance plans are designed to suit any budget and situation. We have happy customers in the Jalon Valley and work with you to create the best scheme to meet your requirements.

All our prices are based on the standard 8 x 4 pool without pool heaters.

The price includes the following:

• Algaecide 3 times per year.
• All sanitation chemicals for chlorine systems.
• Check and clean out skimmers.
• Clean around water level.
• Check filters – back wash and rinse when necessary.
• Check pool level.
• Check water for chlorine and PH and adjust as necessary.
• Remove all debris.
• Sweep and vacuum.

12 month pool contract:-

Price is 600 Euros per year or 150 Euros per quarter

If you would prefer to pay a one off payment a discount can be given on the yearly price.

Or if you prefer you can spread the cost and pay quarterly in advance Payments 1st January, 1st April, 1st July and 1st October.

If required we can be flexible in regards to the maintenance of your pool by not requiring you to have contract but use us as and when you need to. Please enquire and a quote can be based on your needs.
